We are passionate about delivering quality products many of which are made to order, this means we need a few days to get your order ready to ship.
All of our orders are sent recorded delivery and you can request a tracking number via our contact page or simply by replying to your shipment confirmation email.
If your items are in stock our aim is to have them in the post as quickly as possible and most orders will ship within 3-5 working days of your order being placed.
If you buy preorder items, they will state a 'shipping from date' on the product and you can expect your item to be dispatched within a few of days of that date.

Personalised items may take a little longer to be dispatched as these are being made just for you!
Ordering from outside the UK
Customers outside of the UK may receive an additional charge for importing goods. This is at the digression of the receiving country and is something we unfortunately have no control over.
Our delivery charge covers the postage costs to us and we are not liable for any additional costs incurred once the parcel is received in the destination country.
If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from kitandbone.com when it arrives or you need another size, please contact us via our contact page to organise a return or exchange.
All returns should be made within 14 days of you recieving the item and are to be returned to us in the same state as when they arrived with tags attached.
The return postage is to be paid for by the customer. We will cover the cost of sending the new exchanged items to the customer.
